As a result, many people are asking about my daily program. The following is generally how I take my minerals and this varies based on my intuition and body's communication each day. People are best served to read our entire Angstrom Mineral Guide, of which I will send out an updated copy with my program included very soon. If I had serious or chronic health challenges, 1-2 drops of each mineral would be my starting point. In good health, 1-2 droppers of each would be my start. Upon rising (3-4AM): Indium, Platinum, Cobalt, Iron, Iodine, Zinc, Boron, Sulfur, Molybdenum, Mineral of Life all together under my tongue for 15-30+ minutes. Later (5-6AM): Indium, Germanium/Selenium (mixed), Chromium/Vanadium (mixed), Calcium/Magnesium (mixed, 3x Mag to 1x Cal), Potassium, Manganese, Silver, Gold (last and leave it for 15-30+ minutes). Afternoon: Same. Before Bed (9-10): 6 Caps Lymph Flow (http://RadicalHealth.com/order), Indium, Copper, Gold, Iron, Iodine, Sulfur, Boron (mixed). Angstrom Minerals are best taken one at a time with a few minutes between each mineral, however this requires hours. Mixing a few together shortens the time required. Rule of thumb is separately if you can, mixed if your time requires. If my mood, motivation or creativity slips any Gold, Chromium and Cobalt (mixed) seem to raise me back to peak levels. In fact, we found what appears to be the only farmer on the North American continent to have a Golden Flax crop this year... and... reports are this is the best Golden Flax crop they've had in years. I have 50 lbs. in route. When it's gone there may be no more until next year. The entire shipment on its way is already spoken for. The great news is we've negociated a short reserve on 50 12 lb. boxes. If you know about Barhis, you know how outrageous this is. Our reserve lasts until Monday. After that they go back on the block. :-) If you have a sweet tooth, enjoy switching between our Rainbow Raw Honey and Barhi dates. You'll be in bliss city! ------- Catalog Changes ------- We have many inquiries from local practitioners and Live Food Superstores about purchasing our products in quantity for resale. Also, we are adding 50+ customers every week now, so our house is like Grand Central Station. As such we have changed our catalog investment schedule to provide discounts for larger orders.
