New Garden of Life Discount!

January 17th, 2003 Summary
Central Texas Live Feast in the Works!
My mom has been inspired to organize a Central Texas Live Feast.
The first one will probably be in Denton. Looks like this will be
a blast from the past, as several of my friends from High School
days will be attending.
Tentative info for the Central Texas Live Feast is
the 2nd Friday of the Month, starting March 14th, 2003.
If you know anyone in the Denton, Decatur and surrounding areas
interested in improving their health, have them contact me and
I'll add them to our Central Texas List.
Spectrum Organics Coconut Butter Alert!
We just received definitive word from Spectrum Organics. Their
Organic Coconut Oil is heated to 210 degrees, so all enzymes
are destroyed. The EFA (fat) components remain intake up to 375 degrees,
so this oil is still a great option, if you have budget considerations.
Also be aware, a good enzyme like OmegaZyme is recommended if you
consume this product.
We'll be reviewing Garden of Life's Coconut Butter in our next
shipment and are still talking with the folks in Mexico to bring
up Raw Coconut Oil from their farm. Stay tuned for details.
