My name is David Favor. My beautiful, talented wife Yemiah and I are your hosts. I imagine we'll meet soon and we have many intriguing conversations and adventures ahead of us.

Did you know:

Bee Pollen has over 5000 enzymes, only around 2000 have been studied. Bee Pollen can be as high as 17% rutin, which is a powerful anti-oxidant (longevity) compound. Rutin strengthens and increases elasticity of blood vessels. Bee Pollen is around 45% protein by weight.

101 Simple Ways to Look and Feel Your Best Ever - Vol 1

People continually ask us questions about health. In the past, we've answered by email or phone. Now, as questions arise, we'll publish a "Simple Way" as an answer.

1) The Ease, Dis-Ease Cycle

Dis-ease says it all. A person out of ease. The first step for moving into an ease-ful state is to clearly assess your current situation.

Here is how I quickly gauge where a person is in the ease, dis-ease cycle.

The first stages of dis-ease involve two major areas. First, the person has inadequate quantity or quality of nutrients coming in or inadequate elimination, either two slow or incomplete.

A person in great health has clear and blue eyes. Their skin, nails and hair are vibrant and attractive.

When dis-ease begins these outward, secondary systems begin to degenerate. For example, copper's most important function is in oxygen metabolism, so you stay alive. As such, grey or white hair is many times an indicator of a raging copper deficiency.

Here is a very general overview of how dis-ease progresses:

When I got serious was when I was deep into Stage 3, heading for Stage 4. My story http://www.livefeast.com/david.html describes my personal journey. My arthritis caused a loss of around 90% mobility in all my joints and my skin looked like a mummy.

Luckily all this is in the past. To remedy some challenges took years back when I was learning. If I had this journey to take again, I could reverse most challenges in a few days or weeks. This includes arthritis and cancer.

Make a quick assessment of your health. Determine your "stage", then find the "Simple Ways" which draw your attention. Try a few out for 30 days and let us know your experience.

2) Hydration, the Cornerstone of Longevity

People continually ask me, "Where do you get your protein" or "What do you mean you eat no carbohydrates, where to you get your energy from?"

After being on the alternative health path since 1975, these questions seem odd to me.

I get protein from every substance I put in my mouth. Over the years I've dropped carbs from my diet because they tax my energy.

A more useful question to ask is, "Where do you get your water?"

Since as children we are 80%-90% water, seems to me water is the cornerstone to child-like health and longevity. My water comes from:

Experiment with drinking only the high quality liquids I mention above for 30 days.

3) Listening to Cancer

Cancer is a communication from Body requesting an upgrade in health.

I've heard Victoras say, "When a person as Cancer, their Cancer is the only thing keeping them alive."

This is very true. The purpose of Cancer cells is to scavenge other mutated cells. These mutations occur primarily due to dehydration, incomplete digestion and incomplete elimination.

In fact, I read a research paper in a medical journal once which stated most people have Cancer 60-90/day. In other words, Cancer is our friend. Cancer is an ongoing process.

What we think of as Cancer these days is the over production of Cancer cells do to inappropriate health habits.

Listening to Cancer means:

Since rampant production of Cancer cells indicates a serious communication, when Cancer occurs you may choose to be in touch with someone who is an expert in health.

You can determine if a person is a health expert by looking at their eyes, skin, hair, nails and energy levels.

Only take health advice from people who have health you desire.

If you're diagnosed with Cancer, know your body is working perfect and it's time for a massive upgrade in your health habits. For 30 days experiment with these techniques. Your results may surprise you and they will certainly surprise your physician.

4) Listening to Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks

For years I had the opportunity of experiencing dramatic shifts in mood. One moment my elation would be peaking and the next I would be deeply depressed or have a panic attack.

The last occurred several weeks ago. Luckily I had some Angstrom Minerals so I did an experiment.

8 Droppers of Angstrom Chromium cleared my panic in a matter of minutes.

I get this idea from reading about minerals. It appears some people with raging Chromium deficiency have varying degrees of depression and anxiety as serum (blood) levels of Chromium decrease. Panic attacks seem to occur, in many cases, when serum Chromium is depleted.

Here's what I do for myself to maintain my massively, positive attitude. This is my personal program. You are best served to check in with your Presence or intuition about your best program.

5) Cost Effective Extreme Health Program

The most cost effective Extreme Health Program is drinking pure water, your own urine and Celtic Sea Salt. Your investment is 5-10 cents daily.

Next add Angstrom Minerals. 4 droppers of any Angstrom Mineral (using the 8 oz. refill bottle) is around 10 cents daily. So all 20 minerals is $2/day.

6) Listening to Salmon Cravings

Salmon is a unique fish. This was the last craving I had and it persisted nearly a decade, until I understood this communication.

The only two substances having a similar protein and essential fatty acid makeup is Super Blue Green Algae and Golden Flax. Note this is Golden Flax, rather than Brown Flax.

When you crave Salmon, Tuna or fatty meats try this experiment. A few caps of Super Blue Green Algae followed by a Power Meal of Avocado, Dulse, Flax Crackers and Celery.

This solved my cravings in two days. Amazing.

If you have Salmon or meat cravings, experiment with eating some of these foods for 30 days.

7) Staying Raw with Salt and Fat

When I began shifting my nutrition more towards 100% Raw I began to enjoy intense Salt and Fat cravings. As I child I was taught Salt and Fat are deadly, so I attempted to resist my cravings and constantly bounced back and forth between Raw and Cooked.

Finally I began my own research and found Salt as a contributer to heart dis-ease and hyper-tension was a myth. In fact, Sun Dried Celtic Sea Salt positively effects both these situations because Salt strengthens Digestive Fire (efficiency of digestion) and increases adrenal function.

My research into Fat was even more illuminating. Our cell walls are made up primarily of EFAs (essential fatty acids). This means our lives, moment to moment, depend on availability of high quality fat.

A startling research paper I read detailed the autopsies of many Alzheimer patients. The attending physician noted in many cases noted he was able to remove the brain and strike hard on the autopsy slab, without even denting the brain... because these brains were shriveled up and resembled walnuts. They were also hard as rocks.

The physician was puzzled as to the cause of this. It dawned on me immediately. Our bodies are made up of many "banks" of "resources". For example, our bones are our calcium bank. If part of our tissue or fluids become to acidic, our body immediately makes a "calcium withdrawal" from our "bone bank".

The brain is our "EFA bank", so we either constantly intake high quality EFAs or we make "EFA bank" withdrawals. This coupled with the chronic dehydration of most people, which cuts off blood flow to brain cells by plugging up blood passage, set the stage for Alzheimer's.

If you constantly have Salt or Fat cravings, experiment with 30 days of increase Salt, Seaweeds and EFAs in your diet. Refer to "Simple Way #6".

8) Staying Raw with Heat and Dryness

My Raw Journey has been filled with interesting illuminations such as the difference between 99% Raw and 100% Raw, Uropathy as a cornerstone of longevity, the importance of pure water and the amazing effects of Angstrom Minerals.

Perhaps the most important contributer to moving out of effort and struggle staying 100% Raw into smooth and easy has been understanding Heat and Dryness.

100% Raw nutrition tends to consist of food which is damp, cooling and alkaline. As a result, I continually had problems with my spleen and thyroid shutting down, in the past. By making a few minor adjustments in my nutrition, 100% Raw became smooth and easy overnight.

First I added hot, sulfur rich foods to my nutrition like garlic, onion, hot peppers, ginger and radishes. I also began warming all refrigerated foods before eating. Either in the dehydrator, at room temperature or by setting in the sun.

I also began to add in a few dry or activated (soaked, salted and dehydrated) nuts and seeds.

I began getting full body sun, take brisk walks at the hottest part of the day. I started taking hot baths with epson salt or baking soda. Whenever I was in strong air conditioning, I layered clothes to retain my body heat.

I began eating Salt to increase my adrenal fire, Dulse to increase my thyroid fire and Nori/Kelp to increase my para-thyroid fire. Research shows these three glands seem to work as a single, interdependent system.
